  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from 1 small lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Juice from 1 small lemon (about 2 tablespoons)

  • Remove the avocado skin and pit.
  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
