- 8 eggs hard boiled and chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice optional
Add all the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
If desired, stir in pickle juice or add additional salt and pepper to taste.
