- 1 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or more for more spice
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz. green chiles optional
Add the half and half to a small cooking pot and heat just until it starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and add in the cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and turmeric and stir until combined.
Add in the sharp cheddar cheese and stir until combined and the cheese is melted. If desired, stir in green chiles (optional).
Serve hot with your favorite keto friendly dippers.
